Dr. Amandine Bugnicourt

Co-Founder and Associate Director

Amandine is an engineer from INSA Lyon in biochemistry and biotechnology and a doctor in microbiology, molecular and cellular biology from the University of Paris 7 - Denis Diderot. She has worked in research (France, Europe, United States). Convinced of the added value that doctors can bring to companies in varied and high-level positions, but of the difficulties that some experience in researching and evaluating these profiles, she co-founded Adoc Talent Management in early 2008. Associate director of the company, she is in charge of the development strategy. It manages the three areas where it also operates (Recruitment, Training, Innovation & Studies) and support functions. In collaboration with its teams, it promotes overall synergy and the evolution of services in order to better meet the needs of our customers.

Dr. Christelle Ventura

 

Paris Director

Christelle is an anthropologist, doctor of EHESS and researcher  associated with the laboratory of Anthropology and History of the Institution of Culture. After an early academic career where she was in charge of the Bérose research program (Base for study and research on the organization of ethnographic knowledge), Christelle joined the SATT IDF Innov to structure the socio-economic development of research in humanities and social sciences and worked in the management of technological and/or social innovation for 4 years. Convinced of the Adoc Talent Management approach, she joined the team in 2017 to lead the Paris office.

Clemence Chardon

 

Head of the Recruitment department

Clémence worked for 4 years at INSERM in the human resources department where she managed the careers of researchers. She started at Adoc Talent Management as a recruitment manager and is now responsible for the recruitment division. She manages a team of recruitment consultants and ensures the development of her pole around constantly evolving sourcing and assessment strategies. She also puts her expertise in recruitment at the service of the Training division.

Dr. Christelle Ventura

 

Paris Director

Matthieu Lafon, PhD​
 
Cofondateur

Matthieu holds a PhD in cognitive psychology. He worked for three years in a renowned French company in the energy sector, after which he co-founded Adoc Talent Management, in 2008. Head of the strategic and international development, recruitment consultant and training consultant for Adoc, he was also nominated AERES (now HCERES) expert to assess French graduate schools.

Anis Amokrane, PhD​
 
R&D Consultant

Anis is a theoretical and experimental physicist, PhD of the University of Strasbourg. He has developed a wide range of skills, from engineering to project
management, through his various international experiences. Also in charge of education and research policy within various associations such as the Confederation of Young Researchers, the Association of PhD candidates and PhDs of Alsace, and Eurodoc, he has a thorough knowledge of the politics of research and of the doctoral world. He joined Adoc Talent Management in October 2017 to contribute to research projects led by the Innovation & Studies division and to share his knowledge during training courses.

Teele Tõnismann, PhD

Researcher at LID | Trainer

Teele holds a double doctorate in political science and public administration from Sciences-Po Toulouse (LaSSP) and Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech). Following her doctoral studies, she joined Adoc Talent Management in October 2022 to work in the Interdisciplinary Laboratory on the Doctorate (LID). His research focuses on the government of science policies, academic disciplines, social sciences and sociology, the transformations of public policies in post-communist spaces. At LID, his research focuses on the doctorate and in particular on the intersectoral mobility of doctors.

Barthélémy Durette, PhD​
Research Associate

Barthélémy Durette holds a PhD in Cognitive Sciences from Joseph Fourier University. He joined Adoc Talent Management in 2011 to carry out the CAREER project on the adequacy between the skills
developed by the PhDs and the needs of businesses. As an expert in information processing and a concept mapping enthusiast, he has developed the firm's research activity around 2 axes: the analysis of the PhDs' job market and the implementation of digital tools for their career development. Having moved to the Drôme region, he is an associate researcher on national and international collaborative projects. He also provides training on project management and PhD's careers.

Yamina Cauvin
 
Recruitment Manager & Traning Consultant 

Yamina holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from IAE de Paris – Panthéon-Sorbonne. She is also graduate from Linkup Coaching as Professional certified Coach Consultant. After a seasoned experience as senior Head Hunter in executive search companies in Paris, Yamina was in charge of recruiting executives and specialists in the IT and Digital industries from 2011 to 2019. She joined Adoc Talent Management in 2020 as a Recruitment Manager & Training Consultant for PhDs and PhD candidates on skills development and career building.

Sophie Bouccara

Researcher | Consultant | Trainer

Sophie holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics. After completing her doctorate, she pursued her first post-doctoral position at the Pasteur Institute. Concurrently, she found herself both passionate and fascinated by questions in neuroscience and behavioral sciences. Consequently, she decided to further her academic career with a second post-doctoral position in the Department of Neurobiology at the Weizmann Institute. Throughout her academic journey, Sophie has maintained a consistent commitment to teaching, an activity that she holds dear to her heart. She joined Adoc Talent Management in February 2024, taking on roles as a Researcher within the LID, a Consultant in the Recruitment division, and a Trainer in the Training division.

Eric Bonetto, PhD

Researcher at LID | Trainer

Eric is a doctor in social psychology. For six years, he worked on various themes such as the social construction of knowledge, social identity, social judgment and social influence, conspiracy theories, radicalization and political violence, and creativity. He joined Adoc Talent Management and the Interdisciplinary Laboratory on the Doctorate in September 2022. He carries out work there, in particular on the impostor syndrome.

Jeanne Boisselier, PhD

Researcher at LID
| Trainer

Jeanne holds a doctorate in social and work psychology from the University of Nantes. Her thesis focuses on the hiring assessment of managers and the gender biases involved in this assessment. In parallel with this course, she is involved in the themes of health and quality of life at work during the doctorate, through research and training activities. After a post-doctorate at the University of Paris-Nanterre on professional mobility and the meaning of work, she joined Adoc Talent Management in September 2022 to work in the Interdisciplinary Doctoral Laboratory, and conduct research there on thesis supervision.

Alexandre Bran, PhD​

 Researcher Trainer

Alexandre completed his PhD in social psychology at the University of Paris. After five years of research focused on people's reactions to threats, risk-taking and prevention, he joined Adoc Talent Management and the Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire sur le Doctorat in September 2021. His new goal is to conduct research on the experiences of PhDs in companies and the contributions of the PhD experience.

Nicolas Lopes

Research and Recruitment Assistant​

 

Arrived in January 2022, Nicolas is a social psychologist graduated from the University of Paris-Nanterre. He joined Adoc Talent Management as part of an internship as a research officer. Today, he is attached to the Interdisciplinary Laboratory on the Doctorate to prepare his future CIFRE thesis. His subject ? Stereotypes associated with doctors. In addition, Nicolas also provides support on various research and recruitment missions.

Catherine Roude, PhD​

 Training Manager

With a doctorate in cinema and audiovisual history, Catherine's work focuses on the use of cinema in the construction of memories of struggles and the action of militant audiences in the dissemination and reception of works. After several years spent teaching and researching at university and engineering school, she redirected her career towards training and supporting researchers. She joined Adoc Talent Management in January 2023 as Training Manager.

Eva Soteras, PhD​

 Research Valorisation Officer | Trainer

Eva holds a PhD in Sociology from the University Paul Valéry of Montpellier, and has completed a thesis on conspiracist belief.
She has also worked as a research engineer at the same university on an ANR project of pedagogical innovation aiming at the achievement of the first years of licence degrees.
She then worked as a research valorization officer for the Human and Social Sciences division of the SATT AxLR in Montpellier (Société d'accélération et de transfert de technologie).
As a research valorization manager at Adoc Talent Management, she will participate in the improvement of the employability of young PhDs and support the valorization of the skills they developed during their journey.

​Graduated from Montpellier Business School with a Master Grande Ecole in Digital Management while studying human resources during my bachelor's degree, I developed my career in various fields in France and abroad.
Thanks to these international experiences, I was able to develop my skills in using different languages and working in multicultural environments.
Passionate about human resources, I started my recruitment career in a French unicorn dedicated to photography.
I was able to contribute to recruitment projects on several continents (EMEA, LAD, NA and APAC).
I realized that recruitment is the career I want to pursue and I had the pleasure of continuing it at Adoc TM as a recruitment consultant and trainer, which gives me the opportunity to work with different very rich profiles in different fields, i.e., biotech, IT, pharmaceutical industry..

Nicolas Coli

Arrived in May 2022, Nicolas Coli is a social psychologist. He joined Adoc, following an end-of-study internship, in order to work on the social identity of doctoral students with the Interdisciplinary Laboratory on the Doctorate.

Alexandra Defassiau

Training Manager 

After graduating with a Baccalauréat in Economics and Social Studies (ES), Alexandra obtained a BTS in Management Action Support in 2022.
In 2023, she is preparing for a work-linked Bachelor's degree in Human Resources at Adoc Talent Management, where she will join the Training department.
Alexandra chose this Bachelor's degree because of the variety of areas it covers.

Jeanne Perrier, PhD

Researcher at LID
| Trainer

Jeanne holds a doctorate in political science from the University of Montpellier. From 2016 to 2021, his research work focused on the making of environmental management policies and their materialization with the actors concerned. At the same time, she was also interested in the experiences of the doctorate through the animation of a podcast giving the floor to doctoral students in the humanities and social sciences. Since September 2022, she has been working in the Interdisciplinary Laboratory on the Doctorate at Adoc Talent Management, and conducts research on the impostor syndrome and the public policies of the doctorate with a particular interest in issues of inclusion and diversity.

Hiba Melhem

My name is Hiba MELHEM, of Lebanese origin.
Basically a lawyer, I did a law degree then I continued my Master 2 in International, European and Comparative Law at the University of Strasbourg.
I discovered at the end of my law studies that the field of Human Resources interests me a lot. I then decided to do an MBA in Human Resources management on a work-study basis, which allowed me to join the Recruitment team of Adoc Talent Management in Paris.

Floriane Grollau, PhD

Communications Officer |
Trainer

Floriane is a doctor in physics. His thesis focuses on the study of physico-chemical properties of molecules of biological interest. During her doctorate, Floriane also taught and did scientific mediation by participating in the My Thesis in 180 seconds competition. At the same time, she also got involved in associations by taking charge of communication on the social networks of an association. These different missions gave her the desire to move towards a core business more in line with what she likes to do: communication. She then joined Adoc Talent Management in June 2023 as a communication officer.

Elias Badis

After an experience as an Assistant Accountant, Elias enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Applied Foreign Languages at the University of Metz to continue developing his skills in various fields. He then pursued a Master's degree in International Business. As part of his final internship, Elias joined the Canadian office of Adoc Talent Management in 2023 as a Recruitment Consultant. Eager to continue on this path after this enriching experience, he joined the recruitment team of the Paris office of Adoc Talent Management in March 2024.

Laurence Theunis, PhD
 
Cofounder & Director (Benelux Office)

After having carried out a study on ant biodiversity for her PhD in co-supervision between the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences and the Free University of Brussels, she continued her career in raising awareness of scientific studies and in the valorization of the research. She has acquired, as a project manager for 10 years, an expertise in assisting researchers in their career development. Convinced of the added value of the doctoral experience and skills for many positions within companies that have been involved in technological, health or social innovations, she develops, as a consultant, the recruitment, the training and the studies activities of Adoc Talent Management in Belgium.

Thomas Vignalou

 

Head of Montreal Office

Thomas holds an MBA degree from Kedge Business School and has worked in various management and business development positions. After holding a strategic position within a human resources consulting firm in Montreal, he joined the Montreal office of Adoc Talent Management. He's involved in business development, account and project management as well as headhunting missions.

Amanda Valesquez Salazar, PhD. 
Recruitement Consultant

Amanda holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering on the under-voltage characterization of dielectrics through the innovation of the (F)LIMM method at the University Toulouse 3 - Paul Sabatier, France. She has an expertise in dielectric characterization by space charge and partial discharge measurements, applied to the improvement of electrical components, acquired in particular during her postdoctoral project at ÉTS. Thanks to her second postdoctoral project at CERIEC, she was able to address contemporary issues that researchers, civil society, entrepreneurs and government agencies are facing when they wish to integrate different strategies in circular economy in order to reduce the impact of human activities on the environment as soon as possible.

Thus, based on her post-doctoral experiences, she understands the difficulties that PhD graduates may face in integrating into other sectors outside of academia. Thus, wishing to contribute to making this transition more fluid for companies and candidates, she joined Adoc Talent Management. She works there as a recruitment consultant.

Martin Kreiswirth, PhD

Graduate Studies Advisor

Marty, a professor of English at McGill University and former Dean, developed the award-winning SKILLSETS – offering doctoral students and graduates advanced interdisciplinary professional development training for positions inside and outside the academy.  He previously worked at the University of Western Ontario, where he established the 360 degree Graduate Student Initiative, which provided training in professional skills for successful transition to careers in academia, government, industry and beyond. He is an active researcher in literary studies and critical theory.

Alexandre Lehmann, PhD

Scientific Advisor

Alexandre is a cognitive neuroscientist, currently assistant professor at McGill University. He served as the executive director of a non-profit association dedicated to cognitive science research, and then worked as a post-doctoral fellow during four years in Canada and Mexico. Well aware of the challenges PhDs face when entering the current job market, he has been giving lectures and workshops on this topic. He acts as scientific consultant for Adoc.

Simon Thierry, PhD
 
Co-founder and associate director -
Adoc Metis

Simon holds a doctorate in computer science. He is co-founder and associate director of the consulting firm Adoc Mètis. He was a contractual teacher-researcher at the University of Strasbourg for five years, during which he was elected to the scientific council and project manager for the human resources department for questions relating to young researchers. He is an expert with HCERES for the evaluation of establishments and doctoral schools. He also founded a second company in 2015.  Within Adoc Mètis, Simon is a consultant and trainer, specializing in research management. He is responsible for all activities related to doctoral supervision. He leads several R&D projects aimed at offering better tools to management teams and manages educational engineering on this theme. As Associate Director, he is in charge of day-to-day business, prospecting and relations with partners.

Emmanuelle Ebel-Jost, PhD
 
Co-founder and associate director - Adoc Mètis

Emmanuelle is a doctor of arts, co-founder and associate director of Adoc Mètis. In parallel with her experience as a teacher-researcher, she intervened in the joint technical committee of the University of Strasbourg on questions of career development for ES-R staff and at the national level, in commissions on the doctorate, institutional changes or SHS. In 2012, she founded Adoc Mètis  by taking advantage of knowledge of the research and higher education system, creativity techniques and knowledge of innovation management. It designs support, management and collaboration tools and training adapted to the needs of the academic world. She develops research on the processes of collaboration and diversion of uses within the ES-R.

Elen Guy, PhD
 
Consultant, researcher and trainer

Elen Guy holds a doctorate in contemporary history since March 2021. Between 2010 and 2021, she worked at the CNRS then at the research and development department of the University of Strasbourg as a European research project manager. There, she developed expertise in engineering and management of international projects, leading her to accompany scientists on their projects in different countries. Its role as an interface between research, projects and administration has enabled it to adapt to multiple cultural and disciplinary contexts. She regularly intervened in Master-classes organized by the Catholic Institute of the Mediterranean during which students, scientists and professionals of cross-border cooperation meet. She also led training sessions devoted to European projects at the Agency for Mutualization of Universities and Establishments (AMUE) for staff from several French establishments. On October 26, 2021, she left the University of Strasbourg and joined the consulting firm Adoc Mètis.

Anna-Livia Morand, PhD
 
Consultante, formatrice et responsable R&D

 Anna-Livia is a doctor in Latin Philology. In parallel with her experience as a teacher-researcher, she has been involved, as a representative of doctoral students and as an association manager, in various councils of the University of Lorraine and at the national level. There, she developed an expertise on the academic world and on legal questions specific to the doctorate. She is particularly involved in issues of professional equality and working conditions (HRS4R, moral and sexual harassment). In September 2019, she joined the Adoc Mètis team as a researcher, trainer and consultant where she leads training courses for ES-R professionals (researchers, doctoral students, BIATSS staff , etc.) while initiating research on conflict management and mediation in this sector.

Magali Roux , PhD
 
Responsable R&D - Consultant

Magali Roux has a doctorate in education and training sciences. She joined Adoc Mètis in September 2021. She has been teaching since 2011 on vacation at the University of Lorraine , where she has also piloted cooperative projects for university and territorial development. She carried out her thesis work under a CIFRE agreement with the  Grand-Est Regional Council  on the question of the potentialities of development of the territory and training. She was elected to the Laboratory Council for 4 years as a representative of doctoral students and she is an associate researcher within the team.  ATIP  (Activity, Work and Professional Identities) of  LISEC  (EA 2310). His research focuses on the dynamics of public action in training and professionalization systems. She also founded and managed a skills assessment center and training organization for 4 years. In this context, she has supported public and private professionals and institutions in managing issues related to the organization of work and the development of individual and collective skills. It is also part of associative and territorial dynamics by founding and administering professional networks of training actors. She was president for 7 years of the Rafia Le Lien Network.
