The promotion of the doctorate involves the explanation and promotion of the skills and potential of PhDs to employers and society as a whole, making an active contribution to the doctoral ecosystem and a threefold activity of recruitment, training and research designed to encourage doctoral graduates to enter the socio-economic fabric.
Expertise involves in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of companies' skills needs, tools developed internally to find and assess candidates as effectively as possible, data produced in-house via our research projects on the employment and skills of PhDs, and teaching content that is constantly updated using data produced internally.
Respect implies that we are aware of working on what is most important for your organizations: the humans who are part of them, that we respect the needs of our academic and private sector partners and that we respect and listen to the uniqueness of each candidate or beneficiary of our training courses.
